Welcome to Tap In Shorts Originals (“Tap In,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tap In Shorts Originals mobile application and any related websites, content, features, or services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We acknowledge that certain features of the Service may be designed to encourage continued engagement, and users are responsible for managing their own viewing habits and taking breaks as needed.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Content Access

Free & Paid Content

  • The first three (3) episodes of select series may be available for free.

  • Continued access may require purchasing individual episodes, digital currency, or subscription plans.

Content availability, pricing, and features may change at any time.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your app store account settings.

  • Tap In does not store or process your payment information.

5. Offline Viewing

Purchased content may be downloaded and viewed offline within the app.

Downloaded content:

  • Is tied to your account

  • Is not transferable

  • May become unavailable if your account or purchase status changes

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Service, including videos, series, scripts, characters, music, artwork, logos, trademarks, and technology is owned by or licensed to Tap In Shorts Originals LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any content

  • Record, screen-capture, or rebroadcast videos

  • Use any content for commercial purposes without written permission

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others

  • Attempt to access, scrape, or disrupt the platform

  • Upload or share unauthorized or infringing content

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

8. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)

If the Service allows comments or submissions, you grant Tap In a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service.

You remain responsible for any content you submit.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or community.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content will always be available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap In Shorts Originals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
